- Business Analyst - For current projects, I am responsible to administer the coordinate the request for changes and bug fixes. I also work with the Market Team for technical support on sales and tenders’ activities, by providing a high level architecture and identifying the activities and effort to build a plan.

Since Jan’21

- Solution Delivery Manager - Responsible for managing the requirements, monitoring the development and to guarantee the quality of deployment. The main project was the track and trace for Pharma products called Genesis based on GS1 premises deployed initially in Russia and later offered around the globe.

From Feb’17 to Dec’20

  • Sicpa Indústrias de Tintas e Sistemas (Rio de Janeiro, BR) (link)

- Project Manager for SICOBE (video) - SICOBE was a project to identify, count and mark cold beverages for the Receita Federal do Brasil (BR tax authority). As a PM I dealt with the board of directors, customer and the technical team (Operation and Development). This project had a revenue over a 1 billion BRL per year.

Responsible for the bidding of SICOBE. A custom version of SICPATRACE® was developed to run off-line. The system was deployed at a real factory and ran for 24h. My role was to manage the development, deploy and operate during the bidding evaluation (Dec’14)

From Jan’14 until Jan’17

- SW Development Team Coordinator - Responsible for a team of 18 people developing the client side of tracking and trace systems (SICOBE and SCORPIOS). These systems were installed at more than 300 hundred factories and managed more than 1400 lines at the same time (based on SICPATRACE®).

From Jun’10 until Jan’14

- Senior System Analyst - I developed a system for product recognition using artificial intelligence (vector machines and colorimetry). This project was a co-work between SICPA CH and SICPA BR. I managed the BR Team. After the first deploy (beta version), Brazil got full responsibility over the system.

  • Comverse Kenan Brasil (Rio de Janeiro, BR) (link)

- System Analyst and Technical Leader - Working with C, C++, Java (J2ee, JavaBeans…) and XML (xml, xslt, xsd). Developing customizations for billing systems (Comverse ONE, Kenan BP, Kenan FX, RTB and CCBS) used by telecom companies.

- Sr developer - programming with TCL and C++ for Ericsson Multi Mediation version BMP 5. The project is responsible for the mediation at Embratel Telecom.

From Nov’05 until Jun’06.

  • EDS Poland (Warsaw, PL) (link)

- Developer team leader - Worked with analysis and development of an extension on Kenan API for Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. The new API provided flexibility, security as well customizations. Written in ANSI C it had to be compatible with Windows and Unix. (System Kenan/BP version 11.0)

- Mid developer – Developing in C/C++ for Unix and Windows to Kenan/BP (BIF - Bill Invoice Format). Developed an interface used by Siebel based on XML, XSLT and HTTP to manipulate accounts and services.
